acupressure points tennis elbow pain

Commonly recommended acupressure and/or acupuncture points for the support and relief of tennis elbow pain related issues:

LI10

Located in front of the elbow joint, about one inch below the outer crease that is formed when the arm and forearm are bent.

 

To try this acupressure point, apply consistent pressure, using either the thumb, the second thumb joint, or the tip of the first or second finger for 2 to 3 minutes on points suggested while focusing as much healing energy into the acupoint as possible.
