acupressure points shock trauma

Commonly recommended acupressure and/or acupuncture points for the support of pain symptoms related to incidents of shock and trauma:

PC6

Located on the arm, inner side, two cun above the wrist crease.

LU7

Located one and a half cun above the wrist crease on the thumb side of the inner arm.

GV26

Located below the nose, two thirds of the way above the upper lip.

PC9

Found on the middle finger at the base of the nail on the side nearest the forefinger.

To try this acupressure point, apply consistent pressure, using either the thumb, the second thumb joint, or the tip of the first or second finger for 2 to 3 minutes on points suggested while focusing as much healing energy into the acupoint as possible.
