Acupressure Points for Premenstrual Syndrome PMS
Commonly recommended acupressure and/or acupuncture points for the support of premenstrual syndrome, or PMS.
Located in the hollow one cun above the wrist bone, on the side that the thumb is located
Located three cun above the ankle bone just behind the edge of the shinbone
To try this acupressure point, apply consistent pressure, using either the thumb, the second thumb joint, or the tip of the first or second finger for 2 to 3 minutes on points suggested while focusing as much healing energy into the acupoint as possible.
