Acupressure Points for Lower Back Pain

Commonly recommended acupressure and/or acupuncture points for the support and relief of lower back pain issues:
Located just below the eleventh thoracic vertabra, difficult to apply to ones self.
UB23
Located level with the space between the second and third lumbar vertebrae.
UB57
Located in the hollow in the centre of the calf muscle.
UB 58
Located on the edge of the calf muscle, jus below and further out than UB 57.
To try this acupressure point, apply consistent pressure, using either the thumb, the second thumb joint, or the tip of the first or second finger for 2 to 3 minutes on points suggested while focusing as much healing energy into the acupoint as possible.
