acupressure points knee pain

Commonly recommended acupressure and/or acupuncture points for the support of and relief of knee pain issues:

ST35

Located in the depression below the kneecap when the knee is bent - pressure is to be applied towards the kneecap.

UB40

Located in the middle, at the back of the knee, between tendons.

 

To try this acupressure point, apply consistent pressure, using either the thumb, the second thumb joint, or the tip of the first or second finger for 2 to 3 minutes on points suggested while focusing as much healing energy into the acupoint as possible.
