Acupressure Points for Headache Pain
Commonly recommended acupressure and/or acupuncture points for the support and relief of headache pain related issues:
Located in line with the seventh cervical vertebra, on the trapezium muscle at the base of the neck, slightly behind the highest point on the shoulder
Located on the webbing between the thumb and the forefinger, high up in the valley between the joints
Located where the nail meets skin on the inside edge of the big toe
To try this acupressure point, apply consistent pressure, using either the thumb, the second thumb joint, or the tip of the first or second finger for 2 to 3 minutes on points suggested while focusing as much healing energy into the acupoint as possible.
