Acupressure Points for the Common Cold
Commonly recommended acupressure and/or acupuncture points for the support of symptoms related to the common cold:
Located one and a half cun above the wrist crease on the thumb side of the inner arm.
Located at the base of the skull in the hollow between two sections of muscle.
To try this acupressure point, apply consistent pressure, using either the thumb, the second thumb joint, or the tip of the first or second finger for 2 to 3 minutes on points suggested while focusing as much healing energy into the acupoint as possible.
