acupressure points ankle pain

Commonly recommended acupressure and/or acupuncture points for the support and relief of ankle discomfort and pain include:

UB60

Located between the ankle and the Achilles tendon on the outside of the ankle.

ST41

Located at the middle of the top of the foot, between tendons and in alignment with the ankle bone.

 

To try this acupressure point, apply consistent pressure, using either the thumb, the second thumb joint, or the tip of the first or second finger for 2 to 3 minutes on points suggested while focusing as much healing energy into the acupoint as possible.
